This course equips students with practical skills for resolving conflicts in organizational settings. Focusing on negotiation, mediation, and communication techniques, students will learn to manage interpersonal and group disputes. Through case studies and role-play, participants will apply conflict resolution strategies to real-world organizational challenges, preparing them to foster collaboration and lead conflict management efforts within teams and across organizations.
