Mission

This course explores biblical and sociological frameworks that inform the principles of mission-driven ministry. It examines how design and desired outcomes are interconnected, drawing on approaches from related fields. Students will develop foundational skills in using basic design tools to enhance program effectiveness, improve services, or refine program ideas.

This course deepens the understanding of mission-driven innovation by helping students transform missional value propositions into actionable programs and initiatives. Integrating entrepreneurial principles with organizational management theories, the course equips students with the skills needed for practical mission-driven development. It guides them through the process of designing, refining, and implementing mssion-driven ideas, developing organizational change strategies, and effectively presenting their plans.
